Here's what to expect from booking to check-out at HATAGO.

STEP 1

Reservation

Check availability on our booking calendar and make your reservation. You can also book or inquire via our official LINE.

STEP 2

Airport Pickup

Contact us when you arrive at Chiang Mai Airport and we'll pick you up. It's just 5 minutes from the airport to HATAGO. Pickup fee: 100B (one way).

STEP 3

Check-in

Upon arrival, Mai and Arly of the Lisu tribe will welcome you. After a quick check-in, we'll show you to your room. Check-in: from 10:00 / Check-out: by 12:00.

STEP 4

Facility Tour

After check-in, we'll give you a tour of the property — room features, Wi-Fi, shared spaces, and more, all explained in Japanese.

STEP 5

Enjoy Your Stay

At HATAGO, our service doesn't end at the room door. Breakfast, sightseeing support, original tours, Nezaketei izakaya, rooftop deck — we fully support your Chiang Mai experience.

STEP 6

Check-out

Please check out by 12:00. Make sure you have all your belongings and let our staff know. We can store your luggage after check-out.
